3B Padel courts are designed to defy time and the most aggressive atmospheric agents. Our construction excellence is based on total structural protection, ensuring full compliance with European safety and durability standards. The core of our structure is entirely hot-dip galvanized, a metallurgical process involving the total immersion of components in a molten zinc bath at approximately 450°C. Unlike cold galvanizing, this treatment creates an unbreakable bond between steel and zinc on both the exterior and interior of the tubular sections, making the structure virtually immune to rust and ideal for outdoor installations in any climate. For superior protection and an impeccable finish, we apply the Duplex combined system. The process begins with an electrostatic application of a zinc-rich epoxy Primer (50-60 microns), offering exceptional anti-corrosion defense. After oven curing at 180°C and rigorous post-cooling quality control, the components move to the finishing booth. Here, we apply polyester powders (60-80 microns) in the color and effect requested by the client, ensuring a uniform surface resistant to UV rays and scratches, designed to maintain its brilliance over the years.

Player safety is our priority. 3B Padel exclusively installs 12 mm tempered glass, a superior thickness that guarantees greater structural stability and a drastic reduction in vibrations compared to standard glass. Our glass panels are strictly compliant with the following standards: EN 12600: Impact resistance certification for maximum safety. EN 410:2011 & EN 673:2011: European standards for luminous properties and thermal performance, ensuring crystal-clear transparency without annoying reflections. EN 12150-1: Guarantee of safe fragmentation in the event of accidental breakage. The result is a panoramic, elegant, and safe court capable of providing a perfectly uniform ball bounce across the entire surface.

The turf defines the rhythm and quality of play. 3B Padel offers latest-generation synthetic grass surfaces designed to ensure optimal drainage, wear resistance, and joint protection for players. Thanks to the wide-fiber structure, it holds silica sand perfectly, ensuring a uniform surface and low maintenance costs even with high traffic. Textured Monofilament (Professional): The technical evolution for competition courts. The "curled" fiber keeps the sand in the lower layers, offering superior aesthetics, an extremely consistent ball bounce, and excellent grip, while drastically reducing the need for sand redistribution.
