Our polycarbonate canopies
Structure Description
The structure consists of hot-dip galvanized steel beams, pillars and truss arches with 300x300 square section made up of 4 tubular load-bearing axes with 35x35x3 section and diagonal connecting axes of the same type.
The structure is composed as follows:
The metal structure is suitable for the installation of Photovoltaic Panels. For this requirement, the underlying cover should preferably be made of Polycarbonate.
The canopy is made with CE marking for steel structural components (UNI EN 1090-1 Standards). All metal components will have hot-dip galvanizing treatment (UNI EN ISO 1461 Standards).
- Base plates 46x46x1 fixed to ground with M20 anchors and 6mm thick stiffening brackets welded to box elements;
- Elevation truss with 35x35x3 Tubulars;
- Diagonal axes with horizontal connection reinforcements 35x35x3
- Elevation truss with 35x35x3 Tubulars;
- Assi diagonali con rinforzi orizzontali di collegamento 35x35x3
- Box iron arches with rectangular section equal to 60x100x3 diagonal axes with vertical connection reinforcements 35x35x3.
